The Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15 Review

The Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15 Review

But first, lemme tell you, I always wanted to try out TBS products but they were so expensive I didn’t know whether to invest in them or not. So I decided to start small.

My first TBS purchase was a Vitamin E Lip Care SPF 15- protects and moisturizes. ALL SKIN TYPES. Also, on the product it says, Antioxidant vitamin E plus beeswax and olive oil helps keep lips soft and supple.

What I was looking for in a lip balm was:

  •  Not so overly waxy texture which will make my lips feel heavy.
  • Lasts longer on lips.
  • Leave lips softer.

Price: I don’t remember the exact price but it was under Rs 350-450 and totally worth the money.

Base: Waxy.

How to Use: Just glide on your lips 😛 To keep your lips soft and supple make sure you use this product at night as well, before sleeping and since this has SPF 15, it makes it perfect to use at day too!

How Well it Worked: This lip balm not only has SPF but also keeps your lips feeling soft and hydrated for a longer duration as compared to other lip balms I’ve EVER used and smells of vanilla. You can apply it on your lips, let it sit there for 30-60 minutes or even overnight and when you apply matte lipstick over it, it wouldn’t dry out your lips.

Details: Also, this product smells great like all other TBS products but doesn’t have that overpowering scent like some of the lip balms available in the market and is transparent when applied on lips. Though gives glossy effect to the lips which is obvious.

Verdict: This lip balm has become my staple lip balm now and I don’t think I need to look any further and this brand at least when it comes to a lip balm now. TBS Vitamin E lip balm any day!
